the green gables

I'm Gabrielle and I'm an illustrator and surface pattern designer. My illustrations are inspired by everyday objects. I draw simply, creating clean patterns with a nostalgic feel – images to make you feel good.

I produce my own brand of eco-friendly stationery, gifts and decorations, under the name the green gables. My product range includes gift wrap, notebooks, cards, decorative tape, plantable bunting, paper bunting and framed prints, printed on recycled and FSC board where possible.

As well as designing patterns for my own range of products I am also looking for a licensing agency to work with.

All the green gables products are made in the UK, I live in a little village in rural Surrey. I strive to tread a little more lightly on this planet by using recyclable and compostable packaging and using FSC certified and recycled materials where possible, and I work with small, independent British suppliers.
